Football Section - Website & Social Media Officer

Role Description:

In today’s world efficient and effective communication is all. We are eagerly seeking out a technically adept website and social media person with some time to help out and manage the football section web. We need someone who can ensure the site is up to date and is used as one of the Football Section’s core communication vehicle in accordance with the Club’s policies.

The website & social media officer is also be responsible for the club’s outward-facing communications, including the club website and social media, and press enquiries.

We also use the web to manage our e-commerce side of membership and would dearly love to align it with the quartermaster role of kit purchase and distribution.

Commitment:

Approximately 4 hours a week.

Qualification Requirement:

Experience in WordPress is required.

Key to Qualification requirements (NB: All courses will be funded by the Club):

A = FA Enhanced CRC

B = FA Child Safeguarding Course (3 Hours)

C = FA First Aid Level 1 course (3 Hours)

D = FA Safeguarding for Committee Members course (online 1.5 Hours)

E = Child Welfare Officer’s course (3 Hours)

F = FA Playmaker course (online 4.5 Hours)

G = FA Level 1 course (Practical modules 37 Hours)
