If so, let us know – there might be an opportunity to join “Padwork” classes with a licensed trainer, Julian, at our facilities!
Padwork classes teach basic boxing moves using mittens and pads. This is NOT a boxing class, but you will learn classic punches and have lots of fun doing so.
