Bourne End Sports Club offers daytime adult activities designed for retirees, people who work from home, parents and anyone looking for relaxed, welcoming sessions.
All sessions are pay as you go, and must be booked in advance.
You don’t need to be sporty. You don’t need experience.

Pickleball Coaching
Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the UK and a perfect mix of tennis, badminton and table tennis. Our coached sessions focus on learning the basics, improving technique, and building confidence in a fun and friendly environment.

Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a gentle, low-impact session designed to improve flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. All exercises are done seated or using a chair for support, making it accessible for all ages and abilities.

Social Sports Sessions
Our social sessions are informal, non-coached sessions where the hall is set up for you to enjoy Table Tennis, Badminton, or Pickleball at your own pace.
These sessions are perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed, social environment and the chance to meet other local adults while staying active.

We can’t guarantee there will always be an even number of participants for each sport, but being a fun & sociable activity we hope you are willing to switch to one of the other sports on offer if that is the case.
