Swimming Section

We are the swimming section of the Bourne End Junior Sports Club. We have been providing opportunities for young people to become involved in a wide variety of sporting activities since 1970. We are a thriving club competing in open meets and galas at many levels through the year.
We swim at the Handy Cross pool and the Wycombe Abbey pool, both in High Wycombe.

We are part of the Oxford and North Bucks County and swim as part of south east region. We compete at a number of open meets through the year and the Chiltern League, where we compete as a team against other clubs. We also hold a club championships twice each year in May and November where we compete against each other.

As a part of the Bourne End Junior Sports Club we provide opportunities for our senior swimmers to qualify as swimming teachers, instructing junior squads and younger swimmers at our learn to swim programme. We also provide the opportunity for our senior swimmers to become involved in Junior Leadership courses run by the main club.

If you would like to learn to swim with us or take your swimming on to new levels, please
contact us or visit the BEJSC swimming section dedicated website. We can arrange for an assessment of your current swimming level and start your swimming career with Bourne End Swimming Club.
If you are interested in swimming the
